Withdrawal Procedure

The Lighthouse works according to a 40 week academic year and notice of termination of the contract must be made in writing by completing the Withdrawal Form. The contract will continue for 3 months from the date that the Withdrawal is received by the Director.

The financial obligation to Lighthouse Special Education continues for 3 months from the date that the Withdrawal Form is received by the Director.

If your child leaves the school durng the school year, reimbursement will be on pro rata basis following the 3 months termination period.
